I am running a scan to recover JPG files which were lost to some mysterious mishap.
I am reading from one partition and writing to another.
Running in a cmd.exe (as Administrator) on Windows 10.
After few minutes the program takes around 50% (one cpu) and doesn't seem to be moving.
See screenshot attached.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!!!
