Can you
- post the section of the testdisk.log where there are information about the copied filed or the copy ?
- check if you have the same problem with PhotoRec 7.1-WIP for Windows 64 bits ?
Be careful to not store the recovered files on a FAT32.

Hello,

The problem occurs when i try recover the file without extension, the file name is EMPRESA.... When i use PhotoRec not list to recover, i believe it is because the file don't have extensions...

The destination partition is NTFS!

Can you boot from a Linux LiveCD/DVD and try the Linux version ?
The Linux version uses a more recent version of the ntfs library.
