Hi,

I have an external disk and it seems to have some bad sector. I try to use TestDisk to recover my data. But many files are broken and cannot be opened.
In addition, when I recover my data, the TestDisk and PhotoRec always stop working and block there.
Could you help with this two issue? I use TestDisk 7.1.

You should try to clone the disk first
