How to recover a D: volume that was deleted and extended?

Please, I have 1 HD that had 2 volumes C: and D :, I deleted the volume D :, and extended the volume C :.

I realized then that it was the wrong HD.

Testdisk recovers, volume that has been deleted and extended?

Run TestDisk, select the PhysicalDrive, Analyse, Quick Search, Deeper Search.
Use 'p' to list the files of all partitions. Once your old D: is found, copy the file somewhere else.
