Hello,
is it possible to recover data from FreeNAS ZFS raidz-1 consists from 3x3TB disks?

It's possible to use PhotoRec but it will recover both deleted and non-deleted photos.
Another problem is that you need to store the recovered files on a volume that is not the source.

on zfs raidz it seems that your software able recover only small files less than 100kb without errors, all big files has lost some information
