Disque dur illisible

Bonjour

Mon disque dur externe d'une capacité de 1To est devenu illisible
Il est pourtant reconnu dans windows mais un formatage est a chaque fois demandé.
Je souhaite récupérer les données sur ce disque.
En utilisant testdisk 3 niveaux sont détectés avec la bonne capacité du disque :

Disk dev/sda
Disk dev/sdn
Drive : F

En lançant une analyse sur le lecteur F : il reste bloqué à ce stade :

En lançant une analyse sur Disk/dev/sda j'obtiens les résultats suivants :

Pouvez-vous m'indiquer ce que je dois faire (modifier la géométrie du disque ?)

Sélectionner /dev/sdb, Advanced, Boot, RebuildBS, List.
Si vous voyez vos fichiers, choisissez Write, confirmer, Quit et redémarrez votre ordinateur.
En cas de soucis, copier/coller le contenu du fichier testdisk.log

J'ai effectué ces manipulations sur Disk dev/sda car je ne vois plus Disk dev/sdb depuis le redémarrage du pc

Je ne suis pas allé plus loin ne sachant pas si ces fichiers étaient les bons

Pas de solution de récupération de mon disque dur
Je crains que celui ci ne soit trop endommagé
