Two Windows partitions

Hi, I accidentally started the Ubuntu installer and got as far as rewriting the partition table without realising I had the wrong drive in.
This drive has two Windows XP installations on it.
I used TestDisk and got this far with the [Deeper Search] option, the two partitions all seem to be fine and intact if I browse through the files on each.
I am totally clueless about this sort of thing though, I haven't touched it any further as I'm uncertain what to do.
I've attached a screenshot and can provide more if needed.

Any help would be massively appreciated, thanks in any case for the software and for reading.

Use the arrow keys to set the partitions to recover to *(bootable) or P(rimary).
On next screen, all your partitions should be listed, choose Write, confirm, Quit and reboot.
