Recover 3TB external Drive in RAW failing

Hi
I have a 3 TB External Seagate GoFlex Drive that I had used with Win And MAC NTFS formated that has stopped working and is only showing RAW format
I tried chkdsk /f from windows. It ended up saying it could not write the recovered files (not enough space)
I found testdisk but it will not let me undelete files under "advanced" saying the file system is corrupted .ere
Please see 2 screenshots from testdisk attached.
Is there anything else I can try with testdisk?
I found a few tools claiming they could recover files from raw format, sofar none is working. Or should i clone the drive and try to recover from the cloned drive?
Any help with testdisk is highly appreciated!
