Copying/file recovery

Hi while using testdisk7.1 to recover some movie files from formatted disk (See attached pic) when copying found files the number that increases is this by sector? as recovering 12 movie files but when number is at 27 it has so far only copied 3 movie files to destination folder? just trying to figure out what the ok & failed numbers are.
