Probably Simple But I Have Fear Proceding

I have an external 2TB USB drive that indicates "wrong parameter" when trying to view in windows. I ran TestDisk and it finds the single partition and it finds the correct file structure with "p"
The partition starts: >* HPFS-NTSF
What should I do next?
