I've got following problems:

I have a Buffalo Linkstation LS-WXL
I don't know why, but years ago it was configured as a RAID 0 with two 2 TB Seagate drives.

Now one of the HDD (marked 2) failes. The MBR seems to be corrupt.

Testdisk shows correct disk size and has access to the disk. It finds about 50 "partitions" it can't recover - but most of them have funny sizes of 25567 TB. 16 others however show 3969 GB what could be the Size of the complete RAID-system together with its brother-HDD.

Beside this unrecoverable partitions Testdisk finds 6 recoverable partitions with maximum size of 5119 MB.

Checking the working HDD (marked 1) from the raid system, I see partitions similar (but not identical in start, end and size) to that on HDD2. But there is an additional very big partition of 3876625000 sectors. This one seem to be the data of my raid system.

Unfortunally it took Testdisk 40 hours to check all the 2 TB disk. So I think Testdisk did the DeepScan although I started a QuickScan. Now I keep the defective drive connected to the running (other) computer and avoid to quit Testdisk. Therefore I can't add screenshots.

How can I restore that RAID-data-partition of my defective disk?
Is it possible with Testdisk or should I use an other software specialised in RAID 0 Systems?

With a Raid0, you need the 2 disks to access the data.
As you have a raid0, you need to
- force the defective disk online,
- clone (cf ddrescue in https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf) the Raid array to a new empty disk
- and recover your data from the clone.
It's not easy, you may have to contact a data recovery company.
