Trying to recover a HFS+ Partition (Partition can't be mounted)

Hi,
Firstly I want to thank you all that made this tool and support us overall.
I'm trying to recovery a HD (HFS+ Partition) who I had a mistake to format it to exfat/fat32, thinking it was my pendrive. Yeh, I'm a fool like many people! hehe
Occurs that apparently it recovered cause now I can see the partition MEDIA on Disk Utility but I can't mount the partition.
What can I do now? I already used the First Aid/Disk Utility and appears that the MEDIA was repaired successfully but I still can't mount the partition.
Thank you very much for the attention!

As root, you should try fsck_hfs to check and repair the filesystem.

Thanks for your response!
I don't know how to use fsck_hfs with the target on my disk (disk5s2)
Can you explain, please?
Thanksss!

I searched the command and got it, but it says that:
fsck_hfs /dev/disk5s2
** /dev/rdisk5s2 (NO WRITE)
Can't open /dev/rdisk5s2: Permission denied
Its curious that it puts a letter "R" first on disk5s2

and that appears when I use the First Aid from the Disk Utility:
Repairing file system.
Volume is already unmounted.
Performing fsck_hfs -fy -x /dev/rdisk5s2
Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume.
Checking extents overflow file.
Checking catalog file.
Checking multi-linked files.
Checking catalog hierarchy.
Checking extended attributes file.
Checking volume bitmap.
Checking volume information.
The volume MEDIA appears to be OK.
File system check exit code is 0.
Restoring the original state found as unmounted.
Operation successful.

Another information about my disk is that was formatted to EXFAT and when I used the TestDisk this partition no longer exist. Is it posible that's doing some conflict?
