Error 0x8000FFFF

Hi!
Since today morning Windows is showing the "Error 0x8000FFFF" message whenever I try to create a file on my HDD.
I've ran TestDisk and followed some tips from this forum, but I still cannot modify or create any file on this HDD.
I still can view my files tho. I'm posting the TestDisk log.
Specs:
Primary HDD with Windows 10 (working fine)
Secondary HDD, also with Windows 10 (above error)
