Trouble with boot sectors

Hey,

my friend's external HDD turned its data into RAW data. After googling what to do with it, I've found TestDisk utility to be quite good for such problem.

I proceeded as the documentation says and because I was unable to use chkdsk, due to RAW data error, I stepped onto repairing boot sector. I've gotten to this point after rebuldingBS, shown on the screenshot

Here, I am not sure what to do, since these messages made me uncertain. I can see most of the files in "List" (some of them are displayed red, which I don't know what that means). Should I backup BS, despite those messages above, or should I quit the process and do something else?

As you can see your files, choose BackupBS, confirm, Quit and restart your computer

Thank you. It worked out and all data is accessible. I just wasn't sure, how to proceed and didn't want it make it worse, than it was.
