I beg for advice how to recover the RAW data

Gentlemen, I have a problem with my data:
a separate HDD for backups, with size of 1Tb. I archived data onto it into RAR archives, everything was OK.
On the next day some unknown mistake happened, and partition table is gone! Empty disk.
It was in ExFAT, for the speed sake, but it doesn't matter.

In short, I need a program that will read the RAW data, and write on another disk, separating files before every entry "Rar!".
Can you advise some program, please? I ask for help.

You can try TestDisk to recover your exFAT partition.
If it doesn't work, try PhotoRec. It should be able to recover your rar files.

For me it was difficult to understand, where to chose ExFAT among types of file systems. I am amateur.
I tried to use Recuva, (it is simple because of GUI), and it excellently recovered everything, my problem was solved.
Though partition table was abcent, but file names were somehow preserved.
