The bootsector is bad, but the backup boot sector is fine; should I Backup BS? Will this get rid of my files?

[EDIT]; It says it can't overwrite the boot sector.

[EDIT]; It also hangs at Rebuild BS, even after waiting for 10+ hours.

How do I know which partition is the affected one?

[EDIT] Nevermind; the one that showed up twice in the earlier step, I think. What's my next step?

I've waited hours, and it only goes to 5% before hanging. Here's what CrystalDisk says.
