So I just ran the Rebuild BS and I think it failed because it still says both boot sectors are bad :cry:
Here's the log file, is there other chance this could possibly be recovered???

I hope that I'm starting to understand better now.
I went back into the Windows Disk Management and created an unformatted GPT partition (H:) for my hard drive so now it looks like this with 3TB RAW

Let me try to explain better. I'm not using the 64-bit version anymore. I just got finished running a deep search which took a little less than 2 weeks time and I got the following screen which says "Drive too small".

For some more background information. Once I turned on the computer after the Windows install, the first time I checked the disk manager I saw that it my 3TB was now being listed as an unallocated Intel MBR drive which was split into 2.2TB and .7TB rather than a single 3TB GPT. So i converted to GPT ...
