Okey, good news, saved the raid! :D :D
I stopped the search, restarted it and chose deep search, then stopping after about 5 minutes, then chose partition "RAID 5", (by using right arrow), pushed P for listing files and it showed everything without damages.

Try PhotoRec for a few minutes. Does it recover valid files ?
If it recovers small useless files, it's because the Raid 5 hasn't the same settings than previously.
Try TestDisk only once the Raid5 is correctly configured.
I tried what you suggested,
and recovered a 1,1gig videofile which works ...
