Hello again all got a virus which erased some important files that i have not yet been able to recover using testdisk or photorec versions 7.01 ... The virus also deleted the system restore files which i am pretty sure the files i need are contained inside the Vista images.

Crap i didnt get notification of your reply thought you forgot about me anyways partition is still broken so maybe you can still help me get it going? I think this is the infos you require testdisk.log of an intel type

Ok i attached the testdisk log file sorry i tried to attach it last post to but i guess it didnt work cause it was too large sorry. This time i did not let the deep scan run to completion as it makes the logfile to large to attach and it just finds a whole bunch of wrong partitions. Also below is a ...
