Reading your problem, I would suggest you copy your files out asap first before any partition recovery.
Don't trust the "healthy" status under windows' build-in tools. Try to find out the heatlh conditiion from other 3rd parties which are able to analyze HD S.M.A.R.T. status. Usually if simple file ...

Hi, my problem now is solved. Under Ubuntu Live CD, scanning freezes but it became to work under root command prompt under Live CD recovery mode.
