Antivirus is not an issue, safe mode I did not try - looks like 6.13 is working

photorec fails to run

I run it (under Win7 from cmd.exe with admin privileges) and it does nothing... waits for 20 seconds and then exits. /log /debug produces an empty log file.

Any ideas?
