Mon problème n'est toujours pas résolu, mais je suis tombé sur cet extrait de http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/Advanced_NTFS_Boot_and_MFT_Repair :
"If both MFT and MFTMirr are damaged and thus cannot be repaired using TestDisk, you might want to try commercial software like Zero Assumption Recovery ...

En résumé, le Boot Sector est ok, mais la MFT est ko :

Error reading $MFT: Input/output error.
ntfs_mft_load(): Failed.
Failed to load $MFT: Input/output error.
Failed to startup volume: Input/output error.
Error reading $MFT: Input/output error.
ntfs_mft_load(): Failed.
Failed to load $MFT: Input ...

I don't know fidentify.

For testdisk, no error is logged at this step.
Can you list (with testdisk) the files in both partitions?

Je n'arrive plus à lire ou écrire sur mon disque dur USB.

Testdisk m'affiche 2 erreurs :

1) 2 partitions (Sys=74 et DiskSecure MB) se chevauchent

Partition table type (auto): None
Drive H: - 500 GB / 465 GiB
Partition table type: Intel

Analyse Drive H: - 500 GB / 465 GiB - CHS 60801 ...
