i have truncated the file - but the data was lines of the same

I followed up with a HDD check (HDD Tune), this revealed a healthy drive
I ran again Testdisk and used the deeper scan function - after 20 hrs i gave up (it is a 750Gb drive and the scan was only 15% complete). How long should I expect for this process ?

I have attached the log file (big!!)
The quick scan gives 3 separate lines - but no partition designation (I could press 'P' and see my file names). The deeper scan seems quick and only gave 1 line of information and no partition designation.
