I am having the same problem, only mine is with external hard drive.
it shows that the information is there such as the hard drive has very little space on it but when i go to the folder where the music files are supposed to be they are not there.
Disk /dev/sdj - 1000 GB / 931 GiB - CHS 31008335 1 ...
