I've used testdisk to rewrite a partition table and run CHKDSK. Crystal Disk still gives me an error however

I've just tried TestDisk on my external My Passport Ultra 2TB.
I was installing Win 7, only half paying attention and I messed up between sorting out error codes (too many hard drives in the system), trying to load a System Image backup and finally clean installing.
I ended up with a 2 raw ...
