Okay, got my files and everything seems to work properly now. The only problem is, my disk management shows two partitions with same drive letter:

Can I just safely copy files from my D letter and delete /merge unnecessary ...

Lost my partitions after format
Hello forum.
I had to reinstall my windows. Somehow installer refused to do it on my SSD (unable to create blah blah), so I had to disconnect my storage HDD to proceed. Once windows has been installed, I've quicky plugged my HDD back. Problem is, there was no disk anymore:
