I managed to reinstall XP and Paragon and PCInspector. There was no chance to recover the partition. I have consequently reformated that partition and will fill it with the saved ones. So I am now obliged to look through each recovered file. What I am doing now ...

I am sure, the data must be there on Partition 8, they have however been «photorec'd» onto partition 9. And:
For example, if you created an identical partition and formatted it, you have overriden your previous file system.

The now partition 9 has been kept as a unformatted ...

But in your case there is already an empty partition.

Which one? The only one I am interested in to recover ist partition 8 «grafic» and this one is definitively NOT empty, I have explained, that I have put with photorec all files there into the partition 9 «Reserve». Except the manipulation with ...
