Also,
at "select a media" I get the following:
disk /dev/sda - 1000gb /931 GiB
disk /dev/sda - 1000gb /931 GiB
drive c: -999GB /931 GiB
Drive e: -999 GB /930 Gib

C: is the good drive
E: is the damaged one

There is no "physicalDisk1" option

Thank you,

At "select the partition type" it defaults to "none" but on the bottom it says "do NOT select "none".
What should I select?

OS not found

Hi,
I have win10 computer with 2 hard drives attached, 1tb each. One of the drives, c:, has a fresh install of win 10.
The other drive, e:, has all my files, photos, videos etc. It has win10 also but it does not boot. It says no os found.
Here is the testdisk log:
