External 3 tb HD turned into RAW

Hi guys,

I'm feeling really bad... because as the title says: my external 3 tb HD turned into RAW.
I followed the testdisk guide until write partition table.
(Just saying: fortunately i see all my directory listed correctly)

My situations before:

What can I do to regain access to my hd?
If I forgot to Write Something (surely) just ask please.

No need to rewrite the partition table. Follow the instructions from "Repairing filesystem" https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf

The problem is that i can't access at my partition:

I tried to rebuild BS but it fails: it's damaged
