I am running testdisk to try and restore the 2 partitions accidently removed by parted (parted -s /dev/sdc mklabel msdos). The device /dev/sdc is 2TB in size, and at 86% complete on the analyze, I am seeing the following:

Am I understanding this correctly that sdc consists of 6 * 2TB partitions? and all of these should be restored upon completion of the analyze?

Re: sdc partitions deleted with parted
Obviously not. Partitions may not overlapp. Please post your log file and read the documentation:SteveR wrote: 21 Mar 2025, 00:01 I am running testdisk to try and restore the 2 partitions accidently removed by parted (parted -s /dev/sdc mklabel msdos).
