Hi cgsecurity team, I'm was able to restore about 10-15% of files from corrupted disc, but process stoped due to power outage. I want to continue from let say 10% of disc, what number I should specify at photorec.ses file ?

You don't have to. Restart PhotoRec and it will ask you "Restart previous session ? (Y/N)".
