I test to copy random folder and files, .JPG, .mp4, pdf, .docx, .txt.
The file size varied from 1KB to 6.2GB.
All folder name correct.
All files detail dates correct.
All files can open/play.
I only have windows security warning on each test file I copied:

Should I proceed to copy all my data?

Under Windows copy them all into one folder, ignore that warning.
Once the copy process has been finished you can reset the permission for the folder and its content using the "security" properties in Windows.

Thank you for your reply and guidance so far.

I successfully duplicate all data to one folder with 0 failed copies.
I put in root folder of new drive.
I haven't copy "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information"
because in the root folder of new drive, It already had "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information",
I don't want to overwrite or messed up the new drive.
I want to confirm.
Should I proceed :
1. Duplicate "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information" in other folder?
2. Duplicate "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information" in root folder?
3. It is okay, not to duplicate "$RECYCLE.BIN" and "System Volume Information"?

Excuse me if I'm asking questions not related to testdisk program.
Is this the correct way to change the security permission,
by just change manually to following the existing file security permission on my PC?

There is no such thing as a "correct setting". The rights given depend on your personal needs.
When in doubt, use another drive to give you some ideas how rights typically look like.
