You might consider following my advice.
First I would like to thanks for the advice so far.
But when I tried loading into the safe mode of Windows and start using photorec, it is actually recovering every files! it never works on normally booted up windows, the recovery process is still in progress I'll let you know after it completed, if it fails after this attempt i will continue following your advice!
