HDD formatting required - can't access data. Please help

HDD formatting required - can't access data. Please help
Hi - I recently removed the internal HDD from my notebook and moved it in a 2.5" bay to recover data. It worked the first time when I connected, and I was able to access the data. But the second time - it gave me an error and says that I need to format the drive. I really need to get the data out of my hard drive. I've been reading up on this board as well as testdisk instructions but am unable to proceed.Please help me. I've followed the instructions, and ran Deeper Search and this is the screenshot as well as comments on how I arrived to those

run testdisk, go in the advanced menu, select the partition, choose Boot.
If the boot sector is damaged, use
- BackupBS or
- RebuildBS, List, Write and confirm if you can see your files
