recover .mts file from memery card

i try to recover file from memory card , it Panasonic AVCCAM

first i try testdisk
it can pull some JPEG file but i cann't pull any video file from it
(it show some folder structure but it doesn't have any file)

then i use photorec
it doesn't have .mts file

i try .m2ts instead - it can recover some file but it very fragment (some can play but mostly cann't play)
then i try .ts - it go make a lot of 2KB file all over the place


can anyone can help me with this situation?

No.
Do not delete single files when using your cam. That will cause fragmentation and decreases the chances of recovery.

i don't delete or write anything before recovering it

*what happen to my card
i put my card to computer it show normally then i copy my file
it cause bluescreen , then it came back to windows , my card show unrecognized.

then i change to notebook to try recover it
