what is the proper way to access a partition directly in testdisk?

long story short, I did a deep search (which took nearly 30 hours) and found the files I was looking for, but had a pc crash before I could finish recovering all my files and I really dont want to wait another 30 hours for the deep scan to finish

if I understand it correctly, I can add a partition manually, but this is where I am a bit unsure of what to do here

I see I need to enter the starting and ending cylinder, head, and sector, but the order of the numbers confuses me, I took a screenshot (also have info from log)

any helps appreciated

If you used that drive without any sector size manipulating enclosure you must have selected GPT when partitioning. Otherwise you would have been able to access only 2 TB out of 8 TB.
You ran Testdisk in MBR mode which appears to be wrong.

After the quick search you may enter the data of your lost partition.
