I apologize if this isn't the correct forum, so here goes...
I can't delete the folder testdisk-6.14-WIP.win folder from the desktop of Win 8; it says I don't have Administrator privileges, yet I do. Is there a setting that needs to be tweaked so I can delete this guy?

Try to start your explorer as Windows administrator (Right-click "run as administrator")
