Data recovery from toshiba HDD

I had a toshiba 2.5" usb 3.0 external hard drive which faced some connection issues and i transferred the hard disk inside it to another external casing. the hard drive worked properly before the transplant, but after it when plugged into my windows 7 pro laptop it showed the " format drive F: before using " error message and when i looked under device management i saw that the partition had been changed to RAW .
after this i analyzed using testdisk and this was the result :

how do i fix this drive as i BADLY want the data in it. and it is URGENT . i would be very very grateful from the bottom of my heart if i can get this drive back with the data in it. Thanks a lot in advance

BUT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED . PLEASE REPLY IN THIS POST TO HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THANK YOU .
