While running the testdisk, it shows many "read errors", but I didn't stop the process yet.
I am posting some snapshots of what's happening, but would like some insights of what should be the next steps.

What is listed in the error log tab ?
You may have to clone your disk using GNU ddrescue to a new empty disk
