testdisk
I am having a hard time using the testdisk I go to the terminal and type sudo -s enter then fdisk -l and testdisk so I go to analyze intel partition or pc but I can't write it 2 my hard drive 500gb it gives me the error no boot press alt control delete to restart computer is it quick search or deeper search I need the picture or a diagram

the testdisk gives me BOOTMGR error wen i press write and then restart computr it tells me 2 press control alt delete
