I have a 32gb class 10 micro sd card that I have been using in an android phone. the card became corrupted and unrecognized, when inserted to windows, it wants to reformat it. with testdisk and photo rec, they both report the size as 32mb instead of 32gb.
What steps do i need to take to correct the incorrect size and recover the partition and/or files?
some messages I get are
- partition sector doesn't have the endmark 0xAA55
- no partition found. . .
thank you for your time.

It looks like a hardware problem. You need to contact a data recovery company like http://recoverfab.com/
