I'm getting this same problem with a 1TB USB Hard Drive... No partitions show up as well... It's been running about a day and a half now, and I'm only about 33% done with the scan.

I am having the same problem... So far I've been doing the analysis scan for two days now and I'm only at 55% with a 1TB USB hard drive.

Well after 4 days of scanning TestDisk did not find any partition information... I'm not wasting my time with a Deeper Scan. It seems this consistent read error I receive throughout the whole scanning process does not return any valuable information from the drive. Oh well....
