hi all, I accidentally deleted a photo album in DS3612XS (a N54L actually); how could I use PhotoRec in this machine?

How many disks involved in your syno box ? What raid structure ?

2 disks only at Synology Hybrid RAID (I guess similar to RAID 1 at the moment)
