As you can see analyze cylinder and have read error,
What do I do next? Realistically, can I replace the MFT or do I try to copy the files to another disk and consider this 2TB drive as toast?

Re: MFT corrupted on 2TB
Run TestDisk, Advanced, select the partition corresponding to E:, Boot, RebuildBS, List. If you can see your files, choose Write and confirm. If it's not the case, please copy the content of testdisk.log
Re: MFT corrupted on 2TB
Please note, from another complaint same as mine I added the following: with the question that if both are corrupted than is there some hope elsewhere?
