Hello guys, I'm Italian, excuse my English, but I use the translator.
My hard drive is divided into two partitions, ''Francy Disk'' has become RAW (where are the personal files). I did a deep search and I see this screen. How do I run it and return it to NTFS or repare this partition?? thank you!

Re: Disk Raw!!
If your partition Francy Disk is marked can you press p to have a try to list your files?
To go back to the previous screen easily press q for Quit.
Please let me know, did you see your files or an error message.
Your boot sector is listed as ok, so it indicates that your file system is damaged.
In case if your files are listed, please copy them using Testdisk to anothe intact disk or partition.
At the bottom of the screen you'll find all the commands.

Re: Disk Raw!!
I assume that your file system is damaged!
Reason is, on your last photo from Testdisk. the partition Francys Disk is marked and at the bottom of the screen your boot sector is displayed just as normal.
So it doesn't look like your boot sector is damaged.
TestDisk is often able to list files from a damaged file system.
In your case, I recommend to copy/backup data using TestDisk.
If you list files, at the bottom of the screen you'll find all the commands.
To go into any folder just mark it and use your right arrow key on your keyboard..
If you'd like to use another directory, you can mark that two dots and press enter to get a directory up.
Afterwards there might be a try to repair your file system using chkdsk.
Please note!
Chkdsk is a utility to have a try tp repair a file system but it's not intended to recover data.
That's why I recommended to copy/backup your data first.
