8Gb SD Card FAT32/BS Corrupt

Hi all,
I have an 8GB micro SD that overnight became corrupt while in my cellphone. The android phone no longer recognises there is an SD card inserted, and my Windows thinks the card has RAW format. I have tried every free program I could find to recover the data, but TestDisk seems to offer the lowest level recovery options. Can someone please tell me if there is any other options I should try, or should I just give up?

If I choose "Intel", it finds no partitions and gives the following error:
Intel Partition Error.png
Intel Partition Error.png (10.13 KiB) Viewed 2594 times
The quick search finds no partitions, and "Load Backup" finds no backup. Deeper search also finds nothing.

If I try partition type "None", it finds an "Unknown" partition:

but quick and deep searching both find no data.

If I assume a FAT32 partition, and then try recover the Boot Sector, I get the following errors:
FAT32 BootSector Status.png

Rebuild BS also doesn't work.

I'm all out of ideas. Can anyone suggest something else I could try?

Thanks,
Bruce

Try PhotoRec, the memory card looks too corrupted.

I guess my SD is fried. Does it make sense to reformat and reuse, or is it there something damaged on the card?
