recover partitions

#1 Post by mesapesa » 13 Feb 2017, 17:10

Hi,

i lost my win7 and ubuntu mate installation when i try to shrink some data from win7 partition to be able to use as swap,in the process i lost my access to both my os and i'm currently at no boot disk error

my gparted and testdisk results are attached and the fdisk -l output is given below

how to recover atleast my win7 i can reinstall my linux installation from scratch with additional swap and home partitions.

ThankYou

For each NTFS partition, use "p" to list the files. Once you have found the correct partition, use the arrow keys to switch the partition to P(rimary) or L(ogical).
Once you have selected all the partitions to keep/recover, go on next screen and choose Write, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.
