MiniSD became Raw suddenly. Please Help

My mini SD Kingston 16gb was suddenly unreadable, inaccessicible, and got a notification that it became a Raw filesystem.

I am searching and found here, u guys can help me.
I have been doing as some posts instructions as followings:

Part 1. Many recovery softwares, and they also show the same results is running for a while and seem like nothing going.

Part 2. Found and using TESTDISK 7.1:
- when i chose type Intel, the result was "partition sector doesn't have the endmark 0xaa55 testdisk usb"
- When i chose type None, and NTFS, the result is the same as Part 1, running just for a while, and it seems like nothing happening more as the picture below:


Please kindly help and instruct me what to do, i do really want to get back my data on this drive.

What are the results if you use PhotoRec on your SD card ?

Hey, it works, and recovered a few pictures and clips, but not enough, the important files are not recovered, any elses to help
