PhotoRec freezes

I tried to recover photos on faulted microSD 16GB. photorec_win.exe freezed on the second part of process. I made an image of microSD and tryed again. I got the same result. I tryed to use different versions of photorec_win.exe - no luck. Then I begun cut-off image.dd till I got minimal size file that can freezes photorec_win.exe. After that I filled with 00h this file from begining and now I can attach this file. Please check it.
So I found this string in my 16GB image.dd file and changed only one byte:
FF D8 FF E1 10 30 45 78 69 66 00 00 49 49 2A 00
00 D8 FF E1 10 30 45 78 69 66 00 00 49 49 2A 00
And I recovered all files :)

I don't remember why, but I forgot to send this message early (last year). Now I have another image with the same problem: PhotoRec freezes, but now its 4GB image and problem appear at first's minutes of scan.

Image #2. I tried to reduced his size. First 5MB, last 5MB and 00h-filled space between are important.
I can not attach file, it is only 10 MB size in archive.
