Analyse Cylinder jumps from 01% to 99% and then Hangs

So I have a few problems. I'm sure this is user error, as I am very grateful for your help and support and WONDERFUL software. Firstly, I ran both 7.0 and 7.1 and it detected the drive as EFI GPT. I ran both programs as EFI GPT, and each time It would jump from about 51/364800: 00% to 364801/364800: 099% and seem to hang.
I'm currently trying to run it as Intel/PC as I saw this user: viewtopic.php?t=6085 did the same.

Does this mean all my data is... gone then?
I don't need all the files on this 3TB, as it is full. I only need a few gigs of essential documents.
